KeySpot® conceals spare-key storage within an everyday property feature. Authorised users follow an agreed process to retrieve the key, enter the property, then return it.
The KeySpot® Access Process
1. Set up access
Choose a suitable feature and location. Agree who may use it and how access details will be managed.
2. Retrieve the key
The authorised user opens the concealed storage using the access method agreed for that installation.
3. Visit & return
Use the key to enter. After the visit, return the key and close the storage correctly.
4. Review the arrangement
Keep access details up to date and review the installation when users or requirements change.
